For those interested in receiving the vaccine, we have partnered with Cherry Health and will be hosting a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic at our high school on next Wednesday, May 19th from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm This clinic will be open to all individuals who are at least 12 years old, regardless of whether you have health insurance. Parents must provide written consent for their child to receive the vaccine and are welcome to be with their child while the vaccine is administered. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered at the clinic. Cherry Health will return to our high school on Wednesday, June 9th to administer the second dose of the vaccine.
Linked below are two forms* that must be completed for each individual who will be receiving the vaccine. Also linked below are a FAQ document about the COVID vaccines and a factsheet about the Pfizer vaccine. If you have specific questions or concerns about receiving the vaccine, please speak to your medical provider prior to the vaccination. Cherry Health also has a COVID Hotline at (616) 965-8347.
*If possible, please send the completed consent form and pre-screening questionnaire with your student to deliver to the school office by Tuesday, May 18th. This will help the Cherry Health team prepare for the clinic. Walk-ins will not be turned away providing the paperwork has been completed.
Our Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.PERSONAL MASTERY SPECIAL EDUCATION ENGLISH LEARNERS TECHNOLOGY IN THE CLASSROOM
